Mr Gupta is a veteran Chartered Accountant with over 3 decades of experience in the field of audit, taxation, public issue etc. He served as the Chairman of EIRC-ICAI during 2000-01. A prolific writer and speaker, he has authored numerous books on the CA profession.
As founder and Senior Partner, he guides the team for planning and process of Statutory and other Audits of Corporates & Non-Corporates Entities, Tax, Investment & Project Consulting, Merchant Banking, M&A and Executive Recruitment.
He has developed deep insight into the banking and the related regulatory framework through association in leading teams of audit and inspection of banking entities including mergers. He has carried out Inspection Assignments on behalf of Banking Regulator and was able to match the professional expectations and confidence reposed by the Regulator. His experience as a senior professional enabled in depth understanding of industrial map of India.
